Tasks that create and delete Databricks clusters.

Use these tasks to provision or retire Databricks compute directly from a flow with your workspace host and token. Provide the cluster name, Spark version, and either a fixed worker count (numWorkers) or autoscaling bounds (minWorkers/maxWorkers), optionally with an auto-termination timeout.
