Delete a Dell EMC PowerStore volume snapshot
Permanently deletes a snapshot via DELETE /api/rest/volume/{snapshotId} — a snapshot is a
volume resource under the hood in PowerStore, so deletion reuses the same endpoint as a regular
volume. A 404 response (snapshot not found) is treated as an error including the requested ID.

When true, accepts the PowerStore appliance's TLS certificate without validation. Defaults to
false. PowerStore management interfaces are commonly deployed with a self-signed certificate;

Intended for lab/non-production use — leave false in production and use a properly signed
certificate instead.
