Starts a Jenkins job using the buildWithParameters endpoint.

Jenkins job name (can be foldered using /, e.g., 'team/project/job')

Jenkins server URI

The base URL of your Jenkins instance (e.g., http://jenkins.example.com: 8080)

Format duration

The time allowed to establish a connection to the server before failing.
