We are looking for a Growth Lead to own this transition.
The Role
As Growth Lead, you will sit at the intersection of product usage, go to market, and revenue.
Your mission is to transform open source adoption into qualified Enterprise pipeline, while accelerating Cloud SaaS acquisition, activation, and monetization.
This is a senior, hands on role with real ownership over strategy, execution, and measurement.
What You Will Do
You will identify and qualify high potential accounts from open source usage and turn them into Enterprise opportunities through segmentation, nurture, and conversion plays.
You will design and execute the growth strategy for Kestra Cloud, from acquisition to activation, and from usage based adoption to paid conversion.
You will build and optimize funnels that connect product signals to commercial outcomes, working closely with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Developer Advocacy.
You will own growth analytics across OSS, Cloud, and Enterprise. You will define the right metrics, build dashboards, and use data to prioritize experiments and investments.
You will run acquisition and activation campaigns across content, SEO, webinars, events, partnerships, and product driven motions, with a strong focus on CAC efficiency and conversion quality.
You will continuously experiment, learn, and iterate. Every friction in activation or conversion is treated as a problem to understand and fix, not as noise.
What We Are Looking For
You have strong experience in B2B SaaS growth, ideally in an open source, developer first, or infrastructure product.
You are comfortable working with product usage data, segmentation, funnels, and lifecycle metrics.
You understand PLG and usage based models, and how they connect to Enterprise sales motions.
You can operate autonomously, define priorities, and execute without heavy process.
You communicate clearly with both technical and business teams, and you enjoy working cross functionally.
You are pragmatic, data driven, and focused on outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
