How to use the Weaviate plugin
Query, insert, and manage objects and schemas in Weaviate from Kestra flows.
Authentication
Set url to your Weaviate cluster URL (e.g. http://localhost: 8080). For authenticated clusters, set apiKey. Pass additional headers (e.g. for upstream service tokens) via headers. Store secrets in secrets and apply connection properties globally with plugin defaults.
Tasks
Query runs a GraphQL query string against Weaviate. Control result handling with fetchType (default STORE).
BatchCreate bulk-inserts objects — set objects to a kestra:// URI or an inline list of maps, and className to the target class.
SchemaCreate creates a Weaviate class — set className and optionally fields as a map of property name to list of Weaviate data types.
Delete removes objects from a className — set objectId to delete a single object, or filter (a map of field-to-value conditions combined with AND) to delete by query.
