React when a BIG-IP LTM virtual server reaches a specific state

Polls all virtual servers in the configured partition at the given interval and fires an execution for the first virtual server whose state matches watchedState. The output variables trigger.virtualServerName, trigger.destination, and trigger.state are available in downstream tasks.

The trigger fires once per poll cycle for the first virtual server in the given state.
